Born to forward-thinking parents and raised with an older sister in western Canada, Serah enjoyed a very diverse education: from public school to a faith-based learning center; from an exclusive private boarding school to a liberal arts college in Oregon.
After receiving an associate of arts degree, Serah worked in wildly differing industries in Vancouver, British Columbia, like managing the night shift at a bagelry, and later installing firestop insulation in wood-frame constructions.
On a whim, Serah visited Mexico with friends in 1991 and ended up staying for over a decade. First, she found work at a time share, then she ran the Los Cabos destination for a Canadian charter airline, and finally she ran a successful wedding organization service.
She moved to San Diego in 2004 with her daughter to begin life anew. After attending university for a year, Serah was hired at Forte on a part-time basis, but was promoted within 6 months to Regional Director, running the entire San Diego operation.
She lives in Carlsbad with husband Greg, and 4 daughters. And that’s why she knows how to clean some serious sh*t!
